Product Description
Polyester film/polyester nonwoven flexible laminates (DMD-100) is a three layer flexible laminate in which each side of the polyester film (M) is bonded with one layer of polyester nonwoven, then coated with saturated Class F electrical insulating resin.  DMD100 has excellent mechanical properties, electrical properties and thermal resistance. It is applied as slot insulation, interphase insulation and liner insulation in F class electric motors, especially suitable for mechanized inserting slot process. It passed SGS test for toxic and hazardous substance detection.

1 Technical requirements
1.1 The surface of DMD100 is coated with Class F electrical insulating resin. The recommended colours: Blue or White.
Appearance requirement should be according with stipulations of Part I: Definition & General Requirement, Electrical Insulating Flexible Laminates, GB/T 5591.1-2002 (MOD with IEC60626-1: 1995).
1.2 Dimension:
Nominal width:1000 mm.
Nominal weight: 50+/-5kg /Roll.
The splices shall not be more than 3 in a roll.
1.3 Performance requirements: The standard values for 6643 are shown in Table 1 and relevant typical values shown in
Table 2.
2 Test method
As per the stipulations in Part II: Test Method, Electrical Insulating Flexible Laminates, GB/T 5591.2-2002 (MOD with IEC60626-2: 1995).
Testing for thermal resistance shall be as per the relative stipulations in JB3730-1999.
3 Packing, transportation and Storage
3.1 6643 is supplied in rolls, sheet or tape and packed in cartons or/and pallets
3.2 6643 should be stored in clean & dry warehouse with temperature below 40ºC. Keep away from fire, heat and direct sunshine.
3.3 The other requirements shall accord with the stipulations in Part I: Definition & General Requirement, Electrical Insulating Flexible Laminates, GB/T 5591.1-2002 (MOD with IEC60626-1: 1995).
4 Application & Remarks
With coated heat-resistant resin which encapsulates the inner polyester film & adhesive, thus DMD100 has excellent heat resistance property. At the same time, its surface is more smooth. It is suitable for mechanized inserting slot process.
