Product Description
D326 Modeified bismale-imide glass clot laminated sheet consists of woven glass cloth impregnated and bonded with a modified bismale-imide thermosetting resin, laminated under high temperature and pressure. D326 possesses high heat resistance, radiation-proof property, low water absorption, excellent mechanical and dielectric property. It is intended for H-class (180ºC) non-encapsulated dry type transformer and other electrical motors or electrical equipments as insulating structural components or parts. It is applicable for the electrical motors or equipments requiring higher mechanical property under thermal state. It can be used under high temperature (200ºC) in short time.

2 Referee Test Methods
Appearance: By visual observation.
Mechanical Machining: Machining of sheets shall comply with JB/Z 141-1979.
Voltage endurance
Keep the specimen in transformer oil for 0.5~1.0h before the voltage is imposed, the oil temperature shall be 90ºC +/-2ºC. Adopt board to board pole for the withstand voltage endurance (parallel to laminations).
2.4 Insulation resistance
Treat the specimen in the oven at 50ºC+/-2ºC for 24h, take it out and submerge it into distilled water at 23ºC+/-2ºC for 24h after cooling to room temperature. And then wipe the surface of the specimen with clean cloth or filter paper. The specimen should be tested within 2 minutes at 25ºC+/-10ºC and the relative humidity is no more than 75%. In every direction, take two specimens to get their average values, choose the group with lower values as the final result.
2.5 Dissipation factor and Relative Permittivity
Treat the specimen in distilled water for 24h, take it out and wipe the surface of specimen with clean cloth or filter paper. The specimen should be tested within 20 minutes when it is taken out, and take two specimens to get their average values as final result
Flammability: Shall comply with GB/T11020-2005 (IEC60707: 1999)
The Long-term thermal endurance
Shall comply with GB/T11026.1-2003 (IEC 60216-1: 2001). This clause is an appraisal item. 2.8 Others shall comply with GB/T5130-1997 (IEC60893-2: 1992)
3 Inspection, Mark, Packing, Transportation and Storage
The inspection items for Routine Test shall include Clause 1.1, 1.2, 1.3 and Item 1 & 3 of Table 4. The items in Clause 1.1, 1.2, 1.3 should be checked one by one.The sheets shall be stored in a place where temperature is no higher than 40ºC, and be placed horizontally on a bedplate with a height 50mm or above. Keep away from fire, heat (heating apparatus) and direct sunshine. The storage life of sheets is 18 months from the date of leaving factory. If the storage duration is over 18 months, the product also could be used after being tested to be qualified.
Others shall accord with the stipulations of GB/T1305-1985.
4 Remarks and Precautions for Handling and Use
4.1 Machining shall comply with JB/Z141-1979 because the sheets have inherent difference in attribute from metal.
